ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Get in shape with virtual coaching! When you sign up for online personal training, you get the same individualized programming as in-person training.  Emily will design workouts specifically for your unique needs and send them through her personal app. You'll have access to video tutorials, in-app messaging with your trainer and built in accountabiility.

Customized Workouts

We will design workouts to help you reach your specific goals and send them through the app. Your trainer will update those workouts as you progress to keep them challenging. 

Video Tutorials

Each exercise comes with video tutorials, so that you can see exactly how to perform the exercise. This helps to improve your form and prevent injury. 

In-App Messaging

You will have 24 hour access to your trainer through our app. You can send messages and even take videos of your exercises and send them to make sure your form is correct.

Online Personal Training

Take the guesswork out of your workouts!

Fitness Instructor

Macro Coaching

Work with a coach to develop a sustainable eating plan to help you feel better and lose weight.

​

Your coach will determine the right amount of calories, protein, fats and carbohydrates that your body needs.

​

You will also receive meal and snack ideas based on your personal food preferences and dietary needs. 

​

You track your food and your coach checks in on your food log daily. 

Macro Coaching can be done as a stand alone program or you can add it on to the Online Training or Hybrid Training package.
